  • No. The first session is an assessment — we meet your body where it is and build from there. Most clients arrive having not trained in 5–15 years. The plan is built around that, not despite it.

  • One to five people per coach, programming written for you specifically, and a coach watching every set. It's the closest you can get to 1-to-1 without the 1-to-1 price.

  • Two coached sessions a week is the floor. 60 minutes each. That's roughly 4% of your week — hence the name.

  • Yes. Programs are built around travel weeks. Hotel-gym variants, deload windows, and online check-ins keep the trajectory intact when you're away.

  • Rarely — 1-to-1 is available for clients who have specific rehabilitation needs. Most clients choose semi-private for the value and the room energy.

  • Discovery visits are free. The 6 Week Transformation is €475. Ongoing coaching starts at €350/month. Full breakdown on the Programs page or at your discovery visit.
